Become A Volunteer!
One way that we as participants, be it riders, breeders, horse owners, or just those interested in gaited horses, can provide and improve natural gaited horse resources and activities in the Northwest is to volunteer. There are many benefits to volunteering including but certainly not limited to free entry into the event, rewards of friendship and free education. Examples of typical volunteers needed includes:
Trail
ride committee
- Volunteer coordinator
- Versatility program
- Youth program
- Show development
- Play day committee
- Fund raiser committee
- Newsletter/Article writer
- Share your knowledge to help people learn about gaited horses,
and caring for horses
- Show office help: Class sheets, entries, computer, record keeping,
runner
- Show arena help: Announcer, scribe, ribbons, ring steward, setup,
show manager, trail course setup, gate keeper
- Trail riding help: Entries, food/drink setup, setup trail course/tear
down

This club couldn't operate without your financial support. You can
donate a contribution to support natural gaited horse activities
and resources in this region. (Contributions to NGHC are tax deductible

You don't need to own a gaited horse
to participate in club development. The club is open to anyone,
whether you own a gaited horse or not. Don't see anything listed
